How to use Gestrenol correctly?
The recommended method of using the drug is to delay estrus or sexual hunting. The drug is used during the sexual rest of the animal or in 10 days after the disappearance of sexual hunting signs regularly once a week. Such regimen can be conducted for 18 months without interruption.
The second method is interruption of estrus or sexual hunting. Gestrenol is used at the first signs of sexual hunting onset, but not later than 2 days from the moment of its beginning in doses and regimen according to the Instructions for use. Calming of the animal occurs after a full course of administration. Interruption of estrus in female cats is recommended not more than 2 times a year.
